Strategy cover Strategy pages

Strategy is all about the big issues: where you want to be and how you will get there. In today's world, we have to find new ways to answer these crucial questions.

Strategy takes a fresh look at this most complex subject, viewing it through three strategic 'horizons':

  • the world: how the business environment is changing, and why new strategic approaches are vital
  • the business: managing resources and making new connections
  • the people: why purpose and values are at the heart of strategy.

Other areas covered include:

  • value creation and capture
  • suppliers, competitors and markets
  • innovation and co-creation.

Featuring modern real-world examples, a clear modular structure and pointers to further reading.
